Join our team! We are seeking a flexible individual for the role of Front of House and Marketing Officer, experienced in customer service, digital marketing and graphic design.
We are an independent arts space in Dundalk, Co. Louth with two theatres, a gallery, artist studios, a production house. We are a meeting point for creatives, a supporter of artists and a home for the arts in Dundalk. Our programme is a diverse collection of local arts, national tours, workshops, exhibitions and in-house productions.
The successful candidate will manage ticket sales through the ticketing system and act as a reception point for the organisation, dealing with customer enquiries, and providing a high level of service to all An Táin Arts Centre visitors. They will be responsible for front of house duties, coordinating and supervising volunteers, liaising with visiting companies, and ensuring the smooth running of all events and activities. They will also manage group sales, website maintenance, ad hock design work and liaise with visiting companies and press in relation to upcoming events, supporting the Audience Development Manager on marketing and communications activities.
This is a full time position within our core team, and the role requires a motivated and flexible person who can develop, maintain and deliver the highest standard of customer service. The candidate should be methodical, well organised and have the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. They will need to take ownership of their role and be responsible for their own work and actions, recognising the impact that these have both internally and externally.
