St Mary’s College (Marist) are absolutely thrilled to be back in the school musical arena with an amazing cast of talented Transition Year students to stage the fantastic, Sister Act!
Set in Philadelphia in the late 70’s, audiences will be treated to cool beats, soul vibes and hilarious antics throughout.
Meet Deloris Van Cartier, who having witnessed a murder, is taken into hiding by the Mother Superior of the local convent. Deloris’ super confident attitude and glitzy sense of style is not what the Mother Superior normally includes in her ministry, but Deloris has her own story to tell. On the run from a former boyfriend, Curtis, Deloris finds true friendship in the ‘Sisters’ and realises her arrival to this Perfect Place may have been for a reason. Join us for an uplifting production of the much loved musical Sister Act and Raise Your Voice with the students of St Mary’s College this March!
